The services required by the contracts, include but are not restricted to: - Servicing and Safety Inspections of Air Source Heat Pumps, Ground Source Heat Pumps, Unvented Hot Water Cylinders, Solar Thermal Panels, Rain Water Harvesting Systems and Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR & PHVR) - Associated Maintenance and Repairs to the above - New and Replacement Installations

Renewal Options
It is intended that the contracts will commence in June, 2022, and run for a period of four years with the option for renewal, as decided by Hastoe, for an extension of up to a further four years, subject to satisfactory reviews based upon performance and quality of service and delivery. The maximum duration of the contracts is therefore eight years.
