The Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk on behalf of the Norfolk Climate Change Partnership invites tenders from suitably qualified professional teams to produce two separate Feasibility Studies for a project to assist the County of Norfolk in achieving its national Net-Zero Objectives.
