Renewal Options

The Council is looking to Contract for a total period of four years (48 months), two years (24 months) with the option to extend for a further two, one-year periods from date of contract award. The Council may require to buy goods/services that are not on its Core list of products. These will be priced at the Current trade Prices from the Contract minus any tendered non-core discount. The Contractor will be required to always provide the Council with its up-to-date price list.

Late Tenders will not be considered under any circumstances. . The Council will not provide additional notification to any Bidder of the rejection of a late Tender. .
