Description

Health Education England are putting out this notice as a PIN (Prior Information Notice) with a view to completing a Direct Award to RSM The case for direct award can be found on the tender portal. HEE is seeking a provider to perform Data and Individual Stakeholder analysis with the focus on individual analysis and exploring in full, with individual stakeholders, how they envision their involvement in the Generalism project. HEE believes that it is highly unlikely for any other supplier to be able to provide the following skills/tools provided by RSM as a current supplier for the following reasons: RSM's health evaluation team consists of 35+ staff who are highly experienced in delivering robust, pragmatic evaluations of healthcare interventions. The team have designed and delivered evaluations for a number of national health bodies including HEE, NHS England and NHS Improvement, NHSX and DHSC. Their experience means that they have the skills necessary to mobilize quickly to engage, plan, and execute a high-quality evaluation. RSM's skills relevant to this assignment include: 1. Good background knowledge of the proposed Generalist School: from previous work, RSM have a solid understanding of the proposals, so can engage with stakeholders in an informed manner 2. Stakeholder mapping: extensive experience conducting similar exercises has meant that RSM are able to rapidly identify the correct stakeholders (via online searches, snowballing and referral techniques) and map these in order of influence and involvement in the Generalist School 3. Stakeholder engagement: RSM have a core team in place to assist with organising interviews and liaising with stakeholders, to maximize engagement with this project 4. Stakeholder interviews: RSM will have experience in co-designing research tools with the HEE team to address key areas of interest, and also in conducting interviews in line with good evaluation practice (e.g. accompanying interviews with information packs and consent forms) 5. Report writing: RSM's experience and understanding of the subject matter will help them to interpret and synthesize findings from the stakeholder interviews, and then present these in an easy-to-read style, with robust recommendations to support HEE with next steps. https://health-family-contract-search.secure.force.com/?SearchType=Projects
