The EA is recognised as a Centre of Procurement Expertise (CoPE) and as such may provide a procurement service to the Authority and a number of other public sector bodies in Northern Ireland. Currently the EA CoPE also provides a service to the Council for Curriculum Examination Assessment (CCEA), Northern Ireland Local Government Officers' Superannuation Committee (NILGOSC), the Armagh Planetarium, the Armagh Observatory, Libraries NI, voluntary grammar schools, various colleges of further and higher education and the Centre for Autism at Middletown.
