Legal Justification
The Contracting Authority is considering an extension to the current contract in order to complete inflight services that are currently being delivered. An additional amount of up to 10% will be added to the current contract value (making it £15,400,000 ex VAT) and the agreement will be extended to 30 September 2022. This proposed extension will be agreed and completed in line with Regulation 72 of The Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
