Lot Division
1 | Everyday Life Activities This lot is for longer term services providing a variety of activities in the community for people we support. Within this lot there will be a sub-lot (1b) which will be for traditional building-based day opportunities services and will be only open for applications in the initial tender. The units of delivery will be based on the hourly rate the provider states in their tender and for either a virtual or face-to-face, 1:1, or group service. |
2 | Skills and Training This lot is for services offering skills development and training with the goal of people moving on to employment, apprenticeships, volunteering etc. If after an agreed period of skills development and/or training a person has not progressed in line with their agreed support plan following assessment (conversation between the case manager and the person), then it is expected that they will move to a lot 1 provision. The units of delivery will be based on the hourly rate the provider states in their tender and for either a virtual or face-to-face, 1:1 or group service. The intention is to monitor the progress of individuals on this lot for the first year then work with providers to design an incentivisation payment mechanism for moving people on to their identified goal e.g., employment, volunteering, college etc. |
