Description
The Medicines Discovery Catapult will conduct an in vivo 18F imaging and toxicity study in naive and cancer xenograft bearing mice of our HER2 targeting apoferritin anti-cancer drug delivery platform. This study is funded under the MRC Confidence in Concept funding to the University (Project code: RA05P6. We have been collaborating with a separate division of MDC using the same cell lines in vitro (SKBR3 and BT474) in super resolution microscopy studies to determine the uptake of the apoferritin system at a single apoferritin/cell level.
