Description

To deliver a programme of innovative short break opportunities for young people on the edges of exploitation. The service will deliver the short-break model specifically for young people in Year 6 and above with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) who are showing early signs of potential vulnerabilities to exploitation but are below Children’s social care or Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) threshold. WP3807 Walsall Council invites suppliers to bid for the provision of Walsall Early Help Community Activities Reducing Exploitation Project (Early Help CARE Project). Providers must bid for the contract via the Council’s electronic portal, in-tend. The procurement process being used is an open tender process under the Light Touch Regime (PCR 2015 74-77). The contract is split into 4 LOTS. Lot 1 – North, Lot 2 – East, Lot 3 – South and Central and Lot 4 – West.
