Description

Network Rail is seeking Mobile Connectivity and Supporting services for the Network Rail Corporate estate.

Total Quantity or Scope

The scope of this procurement is for the delivery of Mobile Connectivity and Services for the whole of Network Rail. These services include: • Tariffs to provide mobile communications connectivity and data • Interactive messaging services; the purchasing of mobile hardware • Service management to support hardware, tariffs, and messaging services (post transition) • Hardware renewals once in live Additionally, Network Rail is seeking mobile device management and hardware asset management services, to be articulated at the ITT stage, and optioned at the contract award phase. Mobile device management will be achieved by way of reactive and preventative maintenance, and improvement via releases and patches to agreed levels of service.
