Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (“BCP Council”) is seeking Bids for the supply of coffee, hot drinks machines and products. BCP Council requires a single supplier to supply, deliver and maintain the products and equipment at all required BCP Council sites across the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole conurbation.

Total Quantity or Scope

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole has a resident population of around 395,000. Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole attracts over 11.5 million day visitors and 1.65 million stay visitors per year bringing additional revenue of over £821m direct visitor spend. High season runs from April to October. The Seafront hosts a number of family events throughout the year and for four days in August the free Bournemouth Air Festival attracts up to 1 million visitors. The contract period will be from 1 March 2023 for three years, with the option to extend annually for a further two years. Therefore, if all extensions were taken, the full term of the contract would be five years (3+1+1).
