Description

It is intended that the Contracting Entity will, subject to a sufficient number of compliant responses being received, enter into Framework Agreements with 3 Economic Operators with Call-off Contracts allocated on a mini-competition or direct award basis, as set out in the Call-off Procedure (in Appendix C of the Tender Documents). Separate Framework Agreements will be entered into with each successful Economic Operator. The Contracting Entity estimates that the total spend under the Framework Agreement, based on current requirements, is anticipated to be between £16.32 million and £24.48 million

Total Quantity or Scope

NIE Networks wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced service provider for the Supply and Maintenance of Company Car (Salary Sacrifice) Electric Vehicles throughout Northern Ireland.

Renewal Options

The frameworks will be established for a period of 5 years with the option (entirely at the discretion of NIE Networks) to extend by up to 3 years (8 years in total).
