Other Information

LHC is a joint committee of local authorities acting as a central purchasing body on behalf of contracting authorities throughout England, Scotland (including partners of the Scottish Procurement Alliance) and Wales (including partners of the Welsh Procurement Alliance) with whom and for whom this framework has been developed. Thanks to their ongoing and collective input and feedback, the framework is both designed and anticipated to support the vast majority of requirements of the 700+ contracting authorities who have already used LHC frameworks. Consequently, given the reach and scale of their collective' portfolios, other contracting authorities (as defined by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and as described in www.LHC/gov.ukt/24) that were not specifically consulted in the development of this framework may nevertheless also deem the framework to offer a value for money procurement solution for their own requirements, and may also use the framework. A sub-contract clause has been included in this contract, and community benefits are also included in this requirement.
