Legal Justification
LHC/WPA have clients that are currently underway with mini competitions under the framework that due to unforeseen delays have not yet been completed and will not be completed by the expiry of the framework. Therefore to ensure the framework is still maintained whilst the existing call off procedures are completed LHC/WPA will be extending the framework by 6 months.
