Description

The works/goods/services to be include the development of new build housing projects, including housing, bungalows, flats, apartments, sheltered accommodation, care homes, student accommodation and associated works including land purchases. LHC/WPA anticipates a wide range of projects being delivered under the framework, from single smaller sites to complex multi-site projects, and this was reflected in the lot structure.

Legal Justification

LHC/WPA have clients that are currently underway with mini competitions under the framework that due to unforeseen delays have not yet been completed and will not be completed by the expiry of the framework. Therefore to ensure the framework is still maintained whilst the existing call off procedures are completed LHC/WPA will be extending the framework by 6 months.
