Description

BCP requires technical support for the control systems for both of Poole’s road bridges. This requirement includes emergency response. Emergency support response shall be both attended and remote. All Suppliers are required to carry out a site survey prior to tender submission. This is mandatory to ensure all aspects of the specification are fully understood.

Total Quantity or Scope

Two automated road bridges namely Poole Bridge and Twin Sails require regular maintenance and support, both attended and remote for the automation systems. The following scope required deliverables. This is not an exhaustive list or in any way limited to the following identified requirements: • Remote Support • Attended Support • Service Visits • Proof Testing of Functional Safety System • Audit Trail of Support / Maintenance and Modifications • Maintaining System Documentation & Drawings. A 10-year support contract period is required. Tenders must therefore be provided for a 10-year period.
