Description

The procurement has the purpose of enabling the University of Nottingham's Estates Department of entering into a contract to have mechanical project works undertaken by a group of suitably qualified contractors under a framework agreement. The framework shall run for a period of up to 4 years (2 years fixed with 1 year plus 1 year dependent on contractors performance) with individual projects let on either a direct award or mini-competition basis. Allocation of works will be in part determined by a contractor's performance based on KPI data. All prices for works let under this framework contract shall relate back to the rates tendered in the procurement.
