Description

Suffolk County Council wishes to procure a framework which will deliver the construction and building services needs including mechanical, electrical and plumbing for the period 1 June 2023 to 31 May 2027. The Framework will be made available to all public contracting authorities within the East of England.

Lot Division

1 Band 1 Construction £0 - £1m Projects

The Construction Lot 1 will cover building works and associated construction requirements for projects between £0 and £1m for the period 1st June 2023 to 31st May 2027. Additional information: The Framework may be used by any Public Contracting Authority based in the East of England

2 Band 2 Construction £750k to £4.5m Projects

The Construction Lot 2 will cover building works and associated construction requirements for projects between £750,000 and £4.5m for the period 1st June 2023 to 31st May 2027. Additional information: The Framework may be used by any Public Contracting Authority based in the East of England

3 Band 3 Construction £4m + Projects

The Construction Lot 3 will cover building works and associated construction requirements for projects between £4m plus for the period 1st June 2023 to 31st May 2027. Additional information: The Framework may be used by any Public Contracting Authority based in the East of England

4 Band 4 Building Services £0 to £250k Projects

The Building Services Lot 4 will cover mechanical, electrical and plumbing and other associated requirements for projects between £0 and £250,000 for the period 1st June 2023 to 31st May 2027. Additional information: The Framework may be used by any Public Contracting Authority based in the East of England

5 Band 5 Building Services £150k to £1.5m Projects

The Building Services Lot 5 will cover mechanical, electrical and plumbing and other associated requirements for projects between £150,000 and £1.5m for the period 1st June 2023 to 31st May 2027. Additional information: The Framework may be used by any Public Contracting Authority based in the East of England
