1	Prime Cooking Equipment Value: £2M Tenderers will be able to bid for one, any or all local authority areas for each lot, where applicable. For further information regarding the evaluation of this lot, please refer to the “1322 Evaluation Methodology including IIT” document, available within the relevant ITT on PCS-Tender. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition (or any competition in relation to any lot) if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
2	Warewashing Equipment Value: £1M This Contract Notice is in relation to a renewed framework opportunity for Commercial Catering Equipment. For further information regarding the evaluation of this lot, please refer to the “1322 Evaluation Methodology including IIT” document, available within the relevant ITT on PCS-Tender. 3	Refrigeration Equipment Value: £1M Tenderers will be able to bid for one, any or all local authority areas, for each lot, where applicable. Renewal Options

Anticipated duration of framework is 36 months with an option to extend for up to a further 12 months subject to satisfactory operation and performance. Any period of extension will be at the sole discretion of Scotland Excel.
