The East Riding of Yorkshire Council is seeking applications from potential suppliers to be admitted to the Council's new open framework for the delivery of new home care packages on behalf of the Council. Existing home care packages will continue with their current provider at this time. As this requirement is (primarily) for new service provision it is unlikely that TUPE regulations apply.
