Description
The objective of this contract is to provide goods and services to support an effective drug testing regime which improves prison safety, management of risk in the community and helps service users to identify and access support to address dependency issues to reduce re-offending. The deliverables include the supply and service requirements to facilitate a drug screening programme up to 24-hours, 365 days a year, across all sites in England & Wales. The services may be required frequently in some locations and infrequently in others and cover both mandatory and voluntary drug testing programmes. Testing includes urine and oral fluid testing and confirmatory services. Contract awarded through NHS Framework (2019/S 212-519575).

Legal Justification
