Description

This is an invitation to submit a proposal for Maintenance and Minor Works for 2 years commencing 1st August 2023 with the option to extend for 1 further period, of 2 years, subject to satisfactory annual review and mutual agreement. It is the intention of the University to establish a ranked framework agreement with a maximum of (3) three Contractors to work with the University’s Estates team.

Total Quantity or Scope

The contract will cover the following categories of work although the list is not exhaustive and other services as may be reasonably expected within the field may be required. Joinery Slating/Roofing Glazing Plasterer/Tiler Excavator, Concrete Brick & Mason Works

Renewal Options
