The University is seeking to appoint a number of firms to the Construction Works Framework 2023. Under the Construction Works Framework, contractors will undertake various types of construction works at the University to include but not limited to; demolition, new build, refurbishment, decoration and landscaping/external works. Works on the Construction Works Framework will let under 4 Lots of ranging values from £1 up to £20,000,000.

Lot Division

1 Works up to £499,999

Lot 1 is for values of work from £1 to £499,999
2 Works £500,000 - £1,499,999

Lot 2 is for values of work from £500,000 to £1,499,999
3 Works £1,500,000 - £4,999,999

Lot 3 is for values of work from £1,500,000 to £4,999,999
4 Works £5,000,000 - £20,000,000

Lot 4 is for works from £5,000,000 to £20,000,000
