Description
This Service is tor the provision of a total of five solo placement residential children’s homes that will each provide 24/7 care and support for Suffolk Children in Care who have experienced frequent placement breakdowns or whose needs present challenges to being placed in multi placement or family type settings. Each residential home will care for Children in Care (CiC) aged up to and including 17 years old, must be able to place referrals within short timescales, deliver care via a trauma informed framework and provide care to a staff ration of 2:1 or 3:1.The Service is spit into Lots 1a, Lot 1b and Lot 1c and Lot 2a and Lot 2b. Lots will be provided by the Service in accordance with the Specification. Bidders may apply for one or more Lots, however no more than three lots will be awarded to a single bidder. This is an open with negotiation Light Touch Regime tender.
