Description

NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) act in an Agency capacity for and on behalf of its customers (Approved Organisations) - existing and new. These comprise of NHS and Social Care organisations (whether acting individually, or on behalf of, or together as members of any consortia) along with any other public or private sector bodies which NHS SBS authorises to use the resulting Framework. NHS Shared Business Services intends to put in place a Framework Agreement for the provision of a compliant EN14065, HTM-01-04 and HTM05-03 - Part C for Healthcare Linen and Laundry Services to be used by NHS and SBS approved organisations. 1 Linen Wash & Return Services

This Lot provides a compliant linen wash and return services to the NHS and other approved organisations. Approved organisations will be able to access a sustainable and flexible service solution. Additional information: Please see description in the main contract objective on the Request for Information (RFI). Further Lots may be defined as an outcome of this initial market engagement PIN. The new Framework, subject to review and change, is expected to go live in early 2024
2 Linen Hire

This will provide a compliant linen hire service to the NHS and other approved organisations. Approved organisations will be able to access a flexible service solution. Additional information: Please see description in the main contract objective on the Request for Information (RFI). Further Lots may be defined as an outcome of this initial market engagement PIN. The new Framework, subject to review and change, is expected to go live in early 2024.
3 Linen Purchase

This Lot provides a compliant linen purchase service to the NHS and other approved organisations. Approved organisations will be able to access a flexible and sustainable service solution. Additional information: Please see description in the main contract objective on the Request for Information (RFI). Further Lots may be defined as an outcome of this initial market engagement PIN. The new Framework, subject to review and change, is expected to go live in early 2024.
4 Managed Service

This Lot provides a compliant fully managed service to the NHS and other approved organisations. Approved organisations will be able to access a flexible and sustainable service solution. Additional information: Please see description in the main contract objective on the Request for Information (RFI). Further Lots may be defined as an outcome of this initial market engagement PIN. The new Framework, subject to review and change, is expected to go live in early 2024.
5 Workwear Supply

This Lot provides provision of workwear and health and safety clothing to the NHS and other approved organisations. Approved organisations will be able to specify bespoke embroidery and logos on their selected workwear if required. The new Framework, subject to review and change, is expected to go live in early 2024
