VIVID - for the provision of Building Material

VIVID’s Building maintenance team consists of over 100 staff members varying across multiple trades, carpenters, plumbers, plasterers, bricklayers, fencers, and labourers. VIVID staff completed circa 100,000 jobs last year; these jobs were broken down into responsive repairs, void property refurbishments, and planned maintenance repairs. Our KPIs include the following targets: - • First Time Fix rate of 95% • Voids turnaround of 10 days • Responsive repairs - emergency 24 hours, urgent 7 days, damp and mould 14 days and routine 28 calendar days. The potential supplier will work with us to ensure that the trade staff have appropriate van stock and ready access to any other materials required to enable us to meet these targets.

VIVID’s repairs [M&E] have a team of 42 gas engineers, 3 commercial engineers and 18 boiler install engineers, who installed over 1,500 Boilers last year. The team are split into gas servicing, gas installation and responsive repairs. Gas installation require the option of deliveries to site. VIVID’s Kitchen & Bathroom team have a target of 3 bathrooms installed a week across the VIVID property portfolio, with deliveries on a specified day. Due to the nature of this Lot, consideration should be given to out of hours and emergency availability on spares Kitchen units are NOT included as part of this lot for Tender.

VIVID have a team of 42 electricians covering a variety of disciplines. Predominantly we require a supplier that can provide materials for day-to-day electrical repairs in domestic properties. VIVID have 1,700 communal areas which require emergency lighting replacements. We have a planned programme of 6,500 electrical tests which may require follow on repairs/upgrades.

VIVID employs 350 staff members varying across multiple trades, carpentry, plumbers, plasterers, bricklayers, fencers and labourers who all wear VIVID embroidered uniform. Potential suppliers will be required to stock our approved range of workwear and deliver to our trade staff home addresses; and on occasion office locations if required. Distribution throughout a branch network would also be a viable option alongside a delivery service. We will ask for Management information reports per team to assist control of our budgets and ensure all staff are kept safe whilst upholding our standards relating to conduct and safety.
