UKRI wishes to establish a Contract for the provision of Automatic Doors Maintenance, Reactive Works, and Remedial Works. This is for the Daresbury Laboratory near Liverpool.

Total Quantity or Scope

The aim of this Procurement is to contract with a service provider to complete all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive and remedial works pertaining to Automatic Doors across the Estate at STFC Daresbury Laboratory.

Renewal Options

This contract is for 2 years, with optional extension of 1 year, and a further extension of 1 year, up to a maximum contract length of 4 years (2 + 1 + 1).
