This specification seeks to procure Video Feedback Intervention for Positive Parenting andSensitive Discipline (VIPP-SD) training to be delivered to suitable practitioners working inspecialist perinatal mental health services and maternal mental health services across allseven regions in England.The VIPP-SD intervention can be implemented by all professionals working with caregiversof young children. Professionals include special needs educationalists, psychologists, socialpsychiatric nurses, social workers, social therapists, pedagogical staff, employees of infantwelfare centres, child psychiatrists, behavioural scientists and trainees in similar or relatedfields.HEE aims to increase the number of trained practitioners in VIPP-SD in England that are ableto offer the intervention to parents and carers of babies with or at risk of relationshipdifficulties
