Description

Northumberland County Council is seeking to create a Flexible Purchasing Solution (FPS) to develop housing and support services for vulnerable young people aged 16 – 25. Whilst the overall aim is to prevent youth homelessness and a planned pathway to independent living, there is a specific focus on 16-21-year-old care leavers and young people aged 16/17 who are homeless and deemed to be Children in Need. This includes Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking young people. This procurement will be carried out under the Light Touch Regime under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 Open Procedure

Lot Division

1 Solo placement accommodation (2 bed) with intensive 1:1 or 2:1 support on site, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for young people with high needs/challenging behaviour
