Description

IOM evaluation has been identified as a key area for evidence building ahead of the next Spending Review. It is likely that the IOM is at risk of reduced funding after this initial 3 years is over, as such, the evaluation is needed for evidence of whether the refreshed strategy is working as intended and the identification of lessons to help guide future policy decisions about the use of IOM. Currently, no robust evaluation data is available on how the refresh strategy is being implemented and delivered on national level. This evaluation will produce a short report for frontline practitioners with learnings and best practice, which will guide IOM delivery in the future
