Other Information

The new SCA will be to operate the Gas Safe Register for a five year period beginning 1 April 2024. The Provider will be required to undertake a number of tasks and, in doing so, protect and inform the public of the risks of unsafe and illegal gas work, and of other dangers such as carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning. The operation of the scheme will be ring-fenced from any other of The Provider's commercial and operational activities to prevent any conflict of interest on the part of The Provider.
