Delivered by Surrey County Council Commissioners are looking to undertake an Open Procurement under the Light Touch Regime, under regulation 74 of Council, NHS Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care Board, NHS Frimley Integrated Care Board The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 We would like to secure 5 contracts. invite you to take part in a pre-tender market engagement event for: Community Connections – Community based services for people aged 16+ with mental health needs across the county of Surrey. • 5 Lots, based on geographical areas of Surrey (North-West Surrey, Guildford & Waverley, Surrey Heath & Farnham, Surrey Downs, East Surrey). • To support emotional well-being, resilience, and independence. • To provide community based social groups and one-to-one support. Concepts • Health and Social Care • understand commissioning intentions for Community Connections – Mental Health Services • Health How to tender and Well-being • Community support • Social activities • Prevention • Adults We are lead commissioner on behalf use of the local authority’s tender system when submitting a bid Our interactive session (run virtually via MS Teams) will share details of each area of need across the county, set out our contractual requirements and ensure potential bidders understand how the tender will work. Please note that attendance will be limited to 3 attendees per organisation. It’s recommended that those attending the event will get a better experience via a computer or laptop rather than a handheld device.
