Description

Velindre University NHS Trust, acting on behalf of the NHS Local Health Boards and Local Authorities listed in section 2.1 of this notice, is refreshing an established all-Wales framework consisting of nine (9) Lots for the provision of services to Adults (18+) in Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Care Home / Care Homes with Nursing. No volume or value of the required services is guaranteed. The current annual spend on the services is circa GBP 130,000,000.00. The framework will remain open to allow new applicants to apply to join quarterly. The framework will end on 31 March 2024 and there will be an option to extend for 24 months. NHS Wales Local Health Boards, in collaboration with a number of Welsh Local Authorities (together with the Commissioners), are undertaking a new procurement exercise to refresh an all-Wales framework agreement (Framework) for the provision of services by independent providers to Adults (18+) in Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Care Home and Care Homes with Nursing.
