Description

The Council are seeking to procure a services contract (the "Contract") to provide a seamless and holistic Managed Service Programme Provider ("MSPP") solution to ("Temporary Workers") covering a wide range of categories and roles to the Council for up to seven (7) years. The Supplier will primarily operate as a 'Master Vendor' for Temporary Worker assignments requested by the Council's Hiring Managers, which will cover a diverse range of categories, specialisms and roles in recognition of the variety and number of services that the Council provides. However, the Supplier may act as a 'Neutral Vendor', where permitted by the Council, primarily to support the successful fulfilment of specialist, technical and 'hard-to-fill' roles.

Total Quantity or Scope

The Supplier will primarily operate as a 'Master Vendor' for Temporary Worker assignments requested by the Council's Hiring Managers, which will cover a diverse range of categories, specialisms and roles in recognition of the variety and number of services that the Council provides. However, the Supplier may act as a 'Neutral Vendor', where permitted by the Council, primarily to support the successful fulfilment of specialist, technical and 'hard-to-fill' roles. Additional information: Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (In-Tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest. Renewal Options

It is anticipated that the contract will be renewed at the completion of this contract term (4 years or up to 7 years if all extension options are exercised).
