Description
Procure Plus are a value focused, not for profit company that specialises in the procurement of goods and services related to both the new build, repair, and maintenance of social housing. Procure Plus wishes to procure and enter into a framework agreement for the supply and distribution of goods and materials in relation to the completion of planned maintenance works within social housing properties and properties across the wider public sector. This framework agreement will operate in conjunction with the Procure Plus Framework Agreement for Installation and Repair to provide Procure Plus customers with a cost effective and efficient model within which to procure the works and goods they require to complete planned maintenance works.
Lot Division
1 | Distribution and supply of plumbing and heating materials This lot is specifically for distributors of plumbing and heating materials. The distributors appointed to this lot will be required to fulfil two requirements. The first requirement of the appointed distributors will be to act as the distributor for the plumbing and heating products that are available within lots 5-25. During the term of the framework agreement, distributors may also be required to distribute products that are available from within lots 1-3 of the Procure Plus Framework Agreement for Low and Zero Carbon Technologies. The second requirement of the distributors appointed to this lot is to supply other materials in the plumbing and heating category that are not already supplied via a lot on the framework. Procure Plus intends to appoint 3 companies to this lot. Procure Plus reserves the option to appoint a limited number of additional companies to this lot of the framework agreement, beyond the 3 stated above. The option may be exercised by Procure Plus where there is a close proximity in the final overall scores between the 3rd bidder and the bidders who are ranked in proximity beneath. Bidders are advised that this is an option and not an obligation on the part of Procure Plus and one that may be exercised on a lot-by-lot basis. Procure Plus reserves the right not to exercise this option and to only appoint 3 companies to this lot at the conclusion of the evaluation. Additional information: The estimated value of this lot represents an estimation of the value of the underlying contracts that will be awarded via this lot during the term of the framework agreement. The distributors appointed to this lot will be required to fulfil two requirements. The first requirement of the appointed distributors will be to act as the distributor for electrical products that are available within lots 5-25. The second requirement of the distributors appointed to this lot is to supply other materials in the electrical category that are not already supplied via a lot on the framework. Procure Plus intends to appoint 3 companies to this lot. Procure Plus reserves the option to appoint a limited number of additional companies to this lot of the framework agreement, beyond the 3 stated above. The option may be exercised by Procure Plus where there is a close proximity in the final overall scores between the 3rd bidder and the bidders who are ranked in proximity beneath. 3 | Distribution and supply of roofing materials This lot is specifically for distributors of roofing materials. The distributors appointed to this lot will be required to fulfil two requirements. The first requirement of the appointed distributors will be to act as a distributor for the roofing products that are available within lots 5-25. The second requirement of the distributors appointed to this lot is to supply other materials in the roofing category that are not already supplied via a lot on the framework. Procure Plus intends to appoint 3 companies to this lot. Procure Plus reserves the option to appoint a limited number of additional companies to this lot of the framework agreement, beyond the 3 stated above. The option may be exercised by Procure Plus where there is a close proximity in the final overall scores between the 3rd bidder and the bidders who are ranked in proximity beneath. The first requirement of the appointed distributors will be to act as the distributor for the baths, showers, taps and other bathroom related products that are available within lots 5-25. The second requirement of the distributors appointed to this lot is to supply other materials in the adapted bathrooms category that are not already supplied via a lot on the framework. Procure Plus intends to appoint 5 companies to this lot. Procure Plus reserves the option to appoint a limited number of additional companies to this lot of the framework agreement, beyond the 5 stated above. The option may be exercised by Procure Plus where there is a close proximity in the final overall scores between the 5th bidder and the bidders who are ranked in proximity beneath. Bidders are advised that this is an option and not an obligation on the part of Procure Plus and one that may be exercised on a lot-by-lot basis. The companies appointed to the lot will predominantly be required to supply via the distributor(s) appointed to lot 3. Procure Plus intends to appoint 5 companies to this lot. Procure Plus reserves the option to appoint a limited number of additional companies to this lot of the framework agreement, beyond the 5 stated above.
