Procurement of a Pupil Tracking System covering the ages of 2-18yrs. This must be a a web application that allows teachers, Senior Leadership Team, admin staff and the Local Authority to track, monitor and analyse pupils' attainment and achievement data and report to parents. The system should be flexible enough that schools can tailor the tool to meet their individual needs.

The system should be flexible enough that schools can tailor the tool to meet their individual needs. System Requirements Access to application - Web-based application - Accessed from anywhere from any device - Adheres to the Government’s Cloud Security Principles - 2 Factor Authentication - Multi-access levels e.g., administrator, SLT, teacher Integration with SEEMiS - Updated daily - Maps pupils to subjects, classes, and teachers as they exist in the SEEMiS timetable. - Pulls through specific SEEMiS data e.g., ASN, Attendance, Care Experience, Clothing Grant, EAL, FME, SIMD Data - Data types: text, whole number, decimal number - Fields to hold data relating to the pupil e.g., Name, Register Class, DOB, gender, house, SIMD, FME, Care experienced, etc. - Fields to hold data common across all subjects - fields hold data specific to the subject e.g., BGE level, working grade, target grade, Nat 5 band achieved, Higher band achieved, etc. - Fields to hold data specific to the subject/department e.g., skills test, end of topic assessment, etc. - Data can be entered using keyboard or selecting from drop-down menus - Instant access to all current and historical data within the system - Facility to enter notes - Interface to allow bulk data to be imported from a file e.g., MIDYiS data, SNSA data etc. - Selected/all data can be export to Excel Data Analysis - View any combination of data for a pupil, class, or cohort - Compare same data across several subjects - Create user-defined queries to select pupils that satisfy specific criteria - Selection of useful pre-defined queries - LA interface which provides analysis of ACEL data for Early Years, Primary and Secondary - LA interface graphs to compare attainment data with poverty related data Flexible - Can be designed to suit Early Years, Primary and/or Secondary - Can create fields, categories, subjects/departments to meet schools’ individual needs - Create drop-down menus for data entry Reporting - Features to create text boxes, comment banks, cover letters - Feature to create flexible interfaces that allow specific fields, text boxes to be selected for a particular report - Straight forward data entry for teachers - Parents can access current and historical reports on-line - Managing reports e.g., auditing, correction features, report summaries Training and Support - User guides - On-line help - On-line tutorials - Technical Support
