Description

We want to warmly invite you to our Supplier Launch Event on 22 August 2023, to present to you our procurement plans to replace our Civil Service Jobs platform. This is not an official launch of our procurement yet, but we would love to see as many suppliers as possible, so we can explain our service needs and encourage you to consider bidding. The Civil Service Jobs digital platform (Applicant Tracking System or ATS) is the principal digital recruitment platform for: the Government Recruitment Service (GRS), our central operational recruitment service and its customers: Government departments who use GRS services Departments who don't use GRS services, but subscribe to Civil Service Jobs Government-affiliated non-departmental public bodies and Arm's Length Bodies Civil Service Jobs enables candidates to apply for jobs and vacancy holders to manage recruitment from advert to job offer. It is integral to cross-government recruitment activity; delivering 70% of Civil Service recruitment, with 100% of roles advertised through CS Jobs and 211 organisations using the service. "We are responsible to bring the right people, in the right jobs, at the right time, into the Civil Service" Government People Group (GPG) will replace the current platform to align with, and deliver, key cross-government strategies, including the Declaration on Government Reform and the Civil Service Diversity and Inclusion Strategy 22-25. We want the next generation of Civil Service Jobs to resolve some of our biggest recruitment challenges: improving time to hire, standardising much of our recruitment processes, and giving our users a more intuitive user experience. This is a great opportunity for innovative companies to bid for a chance to work with us to help achieve these objectives. The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to invite interested parties to our Supplier Launch Event to be held on August 22nd, 2023 (the exact time will be confirmed closer to this date). During this event, we will present a high-level overview of our requirements and our plans for the procurement. The Supplier Event will be an online event lasting up to 3 hours, from 1pm. Pre-registration will be mandatory and it will need to be completed before 17:00hrs on 17/08/2023. We do have to limit attendance to 3 team members from each supplier. We hope to see a good representation of your team - a good idea would be to have colleagues from your commercial and technical teams. To register interest in the event please register via our eProcurement platform https://crowncommercialservice.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html. Names, job titles and contact information will need to be supplied for all Supplier Event attendees. The event will be recorded for those participants who are unable to attend the event in real time. In the interest of time, questions will not be accepted or responded to during the session but there will be an opportunity for potential providers to submit questions after the event via Jaggaer. Topics to be covered will include the following; Introduction to Service Tender introduction Summary of requirements Commercial/Procurement Plans Timeline The session will be facilitated by a Commercial representative and with Programme representation. Following the Supplier Event, the Programme will provide a copy of the presentation and will share questions, clarification requests and all responses with all potential providers.
