Description

YPO are looking for a Provider to be appointed onto a Contract for the provision of Digital Web Application Development and Support for YPO’s main website(s) and wider digital activities. The Contract is designed to meet the needs of YPO and any of YPO’s wholly owned associated or subsidiary companies.

Total Quantity or Scope

The Contract has an estimated value of between £3m and £10m plus VAT for the maximum life of the contract (4 years). All references in these documents to values and/or volumes of business are for guidance only and there is no guarantee of any business. Additional information: Due to the commercially sensitive nature of this procurement, some information from the specification has been removed. YPO will provide the headings of this information and suppliers can request to receive this via the “messaging” area of the e-Tendering portal. Upon request for this information, YPO will issue a Confidentiality Agreement which is required to be signed and returned before YPO will issue the information. Suppliers will not be able to capture all of YPO’s requirements without sight of this document as it forms part of the specification and will also be a contractual document.

The standstill period will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days and provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into. The Public Contract Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
