Description

YPO are looking for a Provider to be appointed onto a Contract for the provision of Digital Web Application Development and Support for YPO’s main website(s) and wider digital activities. The Contract is designed to meet the needs of YPO and any of YPO’s wholly owned associated or subsidiary companies.

Total Quantity or Scope

The Contract has an estimated value of between £3m and £10m plus VAT for the maximum life of the contract (4 years). All references in these documents to values and/or volumes of business are for guidance only and there is no guarantee of any business.

Renewal Options

The Contract will cover the period from 22 January 2024 to 21 January 2027 with an optional extension of 1 year. The decision to extend the Contract will be taken by January 2026 and will be dependent on satisfactory completion of all aspects of the Contract to date, the current market conditions and YPO’s contracting structures. The maximum contract period will therefore be 4 years, from 22 January 2024 to 21 January 2028 (subject to an annual review, incorporating price negotiations and KPI performance).

Other Information

YPO will incorporate a standstill period at the point of notification of the award of the contract is provided to all bidders. The standstill period will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days and provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into. The Public Contract Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
