Total Quantity or Scope

The provision of supply of all building and construction materials for the effective repairs of homes for One Manchester as set out in the procurement documents. Additional information: Tupe may apply to this contract. The supplier will be required to deliver social value initiatives as part of the contract conditions.

Renewal Options

The contract will be awarded on an initial term of 5 years with the option to extend for a further 5 years. The contract will also contain no fault termination clauses.
