Job Title: Senior Legal Assistant (Safeguarding & Education) Rate of Pay: £19.85 per hour Hours: 37 hours per week Location: Hybrid/Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE. Start Date: ASAP Contract type: Agency Job Description and Personnel Specification are attached, which also provides more information above the role. Brief description: This post supports pre-proceedings PLO, discharge of care applications and private law. The ideal candidate should be a Member or Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (or equivalent) or a newly qualified Solicitor or Barrister (or equivalent). Alternatively, in the absence of being able to meet this criteria, 3 years' experience of practical legal work (to include 2 years' experience of practical legal work in childcare).
