Description

Dounreay, a Division of Magnox Limited is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement to provide waste skips and waste disposal services arising from routine operations and minor projects on the Dounreay Site. The Framework Agreement consists of the following lots:Lot 1 - Wood/Metals/Mixed Municipal/Construction and Demolition WasteLot 2 - AsbestosLot 3 - Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)It is proposed that the Lots are awarded as follows:Lot 1 - Maximum of 3 SuppliersLot 2 - Maximum of 2 SuppliersLot 3 - Maximum of 2 SuppliersThe duration of the Framework Agreement shall be a maximum of 4 years (2+1+1) commencing December 2023 potentially through to November 2027 subject to extension. The estimated cumulative value of contracts that may be awarded through this Framework is £500k, noting the Framework is formally a £0 value agreement with no spend guaranteed.Interested parties must register on the Atamis web portal, at: https://atamis-2464.my.site.com/s/Welcome. Once in the portal, the project can be viewed under live opportunities. Any documentation and further notifications will be made available for unrestricted and full access, free of charge on Atamis. The estimated cumulative value of contracts that may be awarded through this Framework is £500k, noting the Framework is formally a £0 value agreement with no spend guaranteed.Although the Framework Agreement has a duration of four years, the initial award will be for a period of two years (December 2023 to November 2025). Thereafter, two further one-year extensions can be awarded at the sole discretion of the Employer. Any extension to the initial two-year period will be based upon the continued requirement for the Framework Agreement and the performance of the Contractors.
