Description

This Framework will be an agreement with a single primary Supplier, to establish the terms governing contracts to be awarded during a given period. Services may be requested under the Framework Agreement as and when required, according to needs of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP). Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP) will call off services from the Supplier as laid out under the terms and conditions of this Framework Agreement.

Total Quantity or Scope

For the full period of the Framework the Service Provider will be required to provide the complete range of vehicles as in Appendix 1A. Vehicles must be made available in sufficient volume to meet the requirements of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP).

Renewal Options

The Authority has 1 option to extend the contract and each option shall be an additional 12 months. The maximum period of this contract shall therefore be 48 months and this period includes all options to extend.
