Description

The United Kingdom (UK) is participating in World Expo 2025, which runs from 13 April 2025 - 13 October 2025 and will take place in Osaka, Kansai, Japan. His Majesty's Government (HMG) will deliver a self-built UK Pavilion (UKP) at Expo 2025 Osaka. HMG wish to engage the market for the Full Operational Services (FOS) to support the UK's presence at Expo 2025. This may include, but is not limited to: event management, full retail services provision, full restaurant and hospitality services provision and all the associated specialist and general supporting staffing and services. Several options are being explored including the procurement of one integrated service or procuring services independently through multiple contracts. HMG will be conducting a series of market engagement activities between September 2023 and March 2024. Market Engagement may take multiple rounds and consist of the following types of engagement. - Survey/ questionnaires
