Description

The London Borough of Hackney intends to set up long term contract agreements to undertake Lift Maintenance and Servicing works as well as Lift Modernisation works. It is provisionally proposed that the contracts will be arranged in two lots containing up to a maximum of 5 contractors in each lot. One lot will provide for Lift Maintenance and Servicing and the second lot will be for delivering capital Lift Modernisation works. The Authority is organizing a soft market testing 'online' session. At this event the Authority will outline its plans for this Framework and for the work likely to be undertaken through it. To ensure bidders have all the relevant information we will discuss some of the particular aspects of the opportunity including how the works have been scoped and the approximate value of the individual lots. The proposed commercial model will be demonstrated and timescales on the contract mobilisation discussed, so bidders have clear expectations of the service and the tender process. Details of how to participate are set out below.

CPV Codes

  • 45313100 - Lift installation work
  • 50750000 - Lift-maintenance services

Indicators
