Description

L&Q originally had a contract in place with BMG to conduct surveys this contract has now expired. The relets part of the service needs to continue. Relets surveys for the next two-years need to be conducted by telephone. Consequently, relets will continue to be outsourced as we don't have the resources to carry out telephone interviews.

Relets survey needs to be conducted by telephone to help boost participation. L&Q have to outsource this requirement as there is no resource to carry out telephone interviews.
