Description

The works comprise the annual maintenance of gas heating systems and shall include everything necessary for this check, including all labour, parts etc., of all gas installations and includes gas supply piping from the gas meter to all appliances, gas fires, gas appliances, combination boilers, condensing boilers and full or partial central heating systems, together with all electrical work associated with these installations up to and including any flexible electrical cord to pumps, boilers etc.

Renewal Options

The Contract is to be let for a period of three years with an option to extend the contract on a yearly basis for a further two years. Any decision to extend the contract will be taken at the discretion of Cadder Housing Association and will be subject to review of the contract on a regular basis and satisfactory performance against published Key Performance Indicators
