Additional information: Southern Water reserves the right to consider carrying out a mini competition tender event on any scaffolding activity which carries an anticipated increased value or complex approach to the standard form of work. All other scaffolding requirements will be let on a direct award basis to a Supplier on the Framework, who will be decided by Southern Water, as the most suitable Supplier for the scope
