Description
Suffolk County Council are currently out to tender for the provision of Corporate Leadership and Management Development Suite of Programmes. We are looking for a training package which will enable our managers working across the organisation to gain the relevant skills, confidence and knowledge in relation to Leadership and Management. This tender is part of our initiative to bring services together via a cross functional approach to the development of our leaders and managers. This opportunity is available in the `Current Tenders` area of portal. Interested parties are invited to express their interest to gain full access to the tender documentation. The tender is advertised under the Light Touch Regime as an open tender with negotiation. Procurement Policy Note 09/21 requires us to calculate the value of contracts inclusive of VAT, however we can advertise them exclusive of VAT. The advertised value here is £765,000 exclusive of VAT.

Other Information
Suffolk County Council incorporates a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period from the point at which information on the award of contract is communicated to the tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved: The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as amended provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or at risk of harm by a breach of the rules, to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland). Any such action must be brought promptly.If the Contracting Authority identifies that the scope of this procurement falls within a business sector which may be attractive to infiltration by organised crime groups, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to include enhanced probity checks / requirements at the award stages of the procurement.
