Introduction: This is an Invitation to Tender (ITT) with information, instructions and guidance provided in this document. Tender submission (consisting of the completion of the Online Supplier Questionnaire, Technical Response, and Commercial response documents) should be completed and returned by all Tenderers who wish to bid for the contract. Please note, throughout the Tender documentation the University of Nottingham will be referred to as 'UoN'. Synopsis: The UoN requests tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified suppliers to establish a contract for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of two high altitude walk-in environmental chambers. Objectives: o To create an innovative and world leading national facility for hydrogen-electric aeronautical equipment o Establish a contract which agrees quality, price, delivery timescales, installation schedule, and aftermarket services accordance with UoN's requirements; and o Eliminate risk of modern-day slavery within the supply chain. Estimated Value: The overall budget for this project is around ?2,000,000 including all delivery, installation, VAT, and Import charges.
