The termination process will commence immediately upon the sending of this message, meaning the DPS Agreement will end on Monday 27th November 2023.From the date of publication (26 October 2023) all pending applications are cancelled and no new applications will be reviewed.

3. II.1.4.1

UKHSA intends to establish the DPS to help fulfil its requirement for the ongoing supply of additional Lateral Flow Testing and Polymerase Chain Reaction Kits .UKHSA is therefore seeking applications from potential providers to be admitted to the hereby giving notice of its termination of this DPS. UKHSA envisages that The termination process will commence immediately upon the sending of this message, meaning the DPS Agreement will end on Monday 27th November 2023.From the date of publication all pending applications are cancelled and no new applications will be divided into the categories of products (Lots) with differential characteristics (more fully described in the Specifications). UKHSA currently intends to run multiple procurements within the DPS to seek tenders from those providers that have qualified onto the DPS and whose kits fall within one or more of the relevant lots. reviewed.
